Bahan:
  • 8 potong kampyo (labu Jepang kering) yang panjangnya 9 – 10 cm
  • 125 cc dashi (kaldu Jepang)
  • 2 sdm kecap asin
  • 2 sdm gula pasir
  • 1/2 sdt mirin (sake manis)
  • 1 buah kyuri (timun Jepang)
  • 1/2 sdm wijen sangrai
  • 1/4 sdt wasabi
  • 200 gr beras, masak menjadi nasi panas
  • 3 1/2 sdm sushi su
  • 4 lbr nori, panggang diatas bara api sampai sedikit gosong dan lembek
